Job Summary:This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service to our guests. As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet and greet guests, checking them in and out of the hotel
- Process payments and ensure accurate billing procedures
- Make hotel and restaurant bookings
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Work collaboratively with the front of house team to ensure seamless guest experience
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel environment
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings and late evenings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism
