The Role

As a Senior People Partner, you'll play a key role in providing strategic and hands-on people support across the business. You'll contribute to key projects, fostering our talent strategy, and be the trusted advisor for teams, guiding them through the employee journey from onboarding to career development and offboarding.

Your Mission
  1. Oversee critical business areas, including Generalist & Tech teams.
  2. Support employees with daily inquiries, provide guidance on learning and development opportunities, and support their career progression within the company.
  3. Advise & coach leaders at all levels, including Chiefs, on day-to-day management issues, organizational design, individual performance reviews, promotions, learning needs, and compensation strategies.
  4. Contribute to developing our Talent strategy and lead key initiatives such as performance management, mentoring, and career path development.
  5. Drive the global enhancement of our People processes to create the optimal strategy for Back Market and support team growth.
Requirements
  1. You are perfectly fluent in English and French.
  2. You have a 5-year experience as an HRBP or HR generalist.
  3. You have worked in a fast-growing and international environment.
  4. You have a deep understanding and experience of the challenges an engineering/tech organization is facing.
  5. You like challenges and adapt quickly to any situation.
  6. You are very organized and able to manage multiple subjects at the same time in total autonomy.
  7. You are a great communicator (verbally & in writing) and an active listener: you've always delivered a strong support to your clients/managers.
  8. You are outgoing and enthusiastic, excited about being a core member of a rockstar team.
