Account Executive Groups Manager

Hilton Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive Groups to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market share in the Groups segment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic account development plans to drive business growth and expand market share.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to penetrate across the Groups segment, identifying and evaluating new business opportunities.
- Execute organizational directives to encourage achievement of goals, reviewing account plans regularly and updating Salesforce records.
- Implement account-specific marketing initiatives and agree on marketing activity to support account strategies.
- Ensure regular 1:1's are conducted with Sales Support as appropriate.
- Assess actual performance versus target, ensuring Account Development plan is followed and RFP processes are adhered to.
- Maintain Salesforce for accurate customer account information and provide accurate management reports to review account performance.
- Permit to work in France.
- University degree or experience in lieu thereof.
- Significant work experience in customer-facing and revenue-generating roles.
- Experience working in multi-cultural or international settings.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- In-depth knowledge of the business sector managed.
- International experience advantageous.
- Working knowledge of at least one other European language.
