About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at La Banque Postale Leasing & Factoring. As a key member of our Operations and Projects Department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of our Affacturage activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to our internal teams, ensuring seamless operations and efficient issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with external partners, including assistance providers and technical experts, to resolve complex issues and improve overall service quality.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for our teams and stakeholders.
  • Participate in regular meetings and workshops to discuss technical advancements, best practices, and new initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of our Affacturage activity, identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong technical background in IT and/or finance, with experience in Affacturage or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
