Your Role: Restaurant Operations Manager

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Le Ciel de Paris. Your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of front-of-house management, from customer relations to staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate exceptional customer experiences by providing impeccable service, fostering a welcoming atmosphere, and addressing guest needs promptly and professionally.
  • Lead and motivate the front-of-house team, setting clear expectations, providing guidance and support, and ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
  • Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, sales monitoring, and expense control. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance service quality and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality / Restaurant Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fine dining service, with proven success in managing front-of-house operations.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in English and strong commercial acumen.
