Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and profitability across online and physical retail channels.
- Manage distributor relationships, including contract negotiations, terms, promotions, and product launches.
- Collaborate with retailers to increase conversion by enhancing content and boosting visibility.
- Drive in-store launch plans based on return on investment (ROI) when appropriate.
- Obtain and analyze sales data from new retailers to ensure optimal stock levels for maintaining online buy boxes.
- Work with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and supply chain to align retail activities with business goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in online retail management, with experience in brick-and-mortar retail. Background in international Consumer Electronics and/or e-commerce.
- Proven track record in managing retail channels and driving revenue growth. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and analytics tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Adaptable to changing priorities in the blockchain industry.
- Fluent in English. German, Italian, Spanish, or Turkish is a plus.
