Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to promote our range of cardiac products in healthcare facilities to specialist doctors and/or operating theatre nurses, pharmacists, and buyers. The successful candidate will be responsible for training customers in the specific techniques of our products and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual objectives
  • Negotiate with various stakeholders, including specifiers and buyers
  • Monitor deals, including offers, quotations, and promotional budgets
  • Organize and participate in events, such as conferences
  • Train customers on our products and installation techniques
  • Perform administrative tasks, including planning, expense reports, visit reports, and responding to studies requested by management
  • Participate in sales meetings and monitor customer complaints
  • Stay up-to-date with scientific developments through publications and technical documents
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team and develop a matrix approach
  • Act as an intermediary between the field and local and/or international marketing teams
  • Comply with company procedures and memos, as well as act in accordance with Compliance rules

Requirements

  • At least 3 years' experience in a scientific or commercial role, or at least 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of operating theatres and a minimum of 5 years' experience in the hospital or healthcare sector, ideally in medical equipment and/or implantable devices
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, as well as strategic thinking and tenacity
  • Conversational English is a must
  • Organizational skills and autonomy
