Location: Premium Hotel Chains (Hilton, Kempinski, Marriott, Crowne Plaza, Intercontinental, Sheraton, and many others)
Work Schedule: 5 days a week, 40 hours a week
Financial Compensation: As a Front Office Hospitality Assistant, you will be responsible for handling general administrative tasks and assisting in the daily management of the Front Office department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of the Front Office department
- Handle general administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and colleagues
- Assist with room assignments and key management
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Mandarin proficiency is not mandatory but advantageous
- Interest in international relations and luxury hospitality
