Job Description

Location: Premium Hotel Chains (Hilton, Kempinski, Marriott, Crowne Plaza, Intercontinental, Sheraton, and many others)

Work Schedule: 5 days a week, 40 hours a week

Financial Compensation: As a Front Office Hospitality Assistant, you will be responsible for handling general administrative tasks and assisting in the daily management of the Front Office department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily operations of the Front Office department
  • Handle general administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and colleagues
  • Assist with room assignments and key management
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Mandarin proficiency is not mandatory but advantageous
  • Interest in international relations and luxury hospitality
