We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Account Executive to join our team at Microsoft. As a key player in our Retail sector, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation and leading our most valued customers into the digital age.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive business growth and digital transformation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executives and decision-makers at high levels of the customer's organization
  • Proactively understand customer drivers of business transformation and lead new opportunities
  • Orchestrate internal teams to accelerate customer digital transformation
  • Develop and oversee the execution of account plans utilizing common sales and delivery methodology
Requirements:
  • 7-8+ years of experience working in Retail and/or driving major digital transformation
  • 10+ years of experience working in Retail, driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience
  • ~7-8+ years of account management experience or equivalent
