Business Intelligence Project Leader

Key Responsibilities:- Play a pivotal role in the deployment of DATA and BI solutions, steering project direction, facilitation, and coordination from the initial planning stages through to execution.
- Create comprehensive specifications and feasibility assessments to ensure project triumph, with a strong focus on innovation and the relevance of the proposed solutions.
- Maintain diligent oversight of project advancement, budgetary constraints, and timelines to ensure efficient and punctual delivery, while fostering transparent communication with all stakeholders involved.
- Contribute to the drafting and validation of functional analysis and design documentation to guarantee the quality and consistency of all deliverables.
- Provide tailored training sessions for end users to facilitate effective adoption and optimal utilization of the implemented solutions.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables throughout the development lifecycle, emphasizing client satisfaction and retention.
- Extensive experience in data and BI, with a minimum of 5 years, including successful BI project implementations and data platform deployments.
- At least 2 years of experience in project management, showcasing effective oversight of both internal and external projects while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Thorough understanding of fundamental BI concepts, including modeling and the complete decision-making process to address clients' business challenges innovatively.
- Strong proficiency in On-Premise & SaaS DATA tools, particularly in ETL processes, databases, and reporting tools. Familiarity with Microsoft On-Premise & Azure environments is advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps would be an additional asset.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, demonstrating an ability to convey technical information effectively.
- Recognized for an analytical mindset and curiosity, with a keen understanding of both technical and functional project aspects, proposing innovative solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within teams and promote knowledge sharing among internal and client teams.
