Key Responsibilities:
Client Operational Support:
- Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, including user profile setup and access adjustments, while conducting daily security assessments.
- Assist with billing and regulatory configurations across various client types and regions.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries via chat, email, or phone.
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for daily usage queries.
- Collaborate with clients' Back and Middle offices to tailor post-trade solutions to their reporting and monitoring needs.
- Engage in client discussions to understand their workflows and expectations regarding our offerings.
- Work alongside Market Data and Product teams to implement premium functionalities.
- Maintain regular communication with the Market Support team to ensure efficient client-dealer interactions.
Administrative Support:
- Facilitate marketing communications and new releases by analyzing access and usage reports to identify key users, compiling targeted client lists, and liaising with sales and product teams for feedback.
- Contribute to the development of guides on new functionalities and update existing protocols to align with company growth and market dynamics.
- Prepare summaries and sales notes following client interactions.
- Gather and relay client feedback to relevant internal teams.
- Provide ongoing updates to teams regarding recurring events and processes.
- Coordinate with various teams to resolve issues promptly, address customer inquiries, and ensure timely updates.
- Assist in training new and existing team members.
- Compile trading data and client information for Sales and Management use.
Client Relations:
- Educate clients on technical trading products and new functional enhancements available on the platform.
- Conduct initial demonstrations of the platform for new traders or administrative users.
- Guide clients on maximizing their platform usage.
- Support trading activities by ensuring clients have the necessary information for executing trades.
- Begin establishing relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Provide reliable support to the Sales team and assist in managing client relationships and promoting new products or functionalities.
- Foster strong connections with clients to become their primary point of contact.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to support client interactions.
- Deliver exceptional service that embodies Tradeweb's commitment to quality.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in both French and English at a native level, both written and spoken.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a conscientious approach to work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; additional technical skills related to data management are advantageous.
- A keen interest in financial markets and a willingness to deepen knowledge across Tradeweb's offerings.
- Previous experience in a client-focused role is preferred.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Technologically adept, comfortable using trading technology.
- A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong independent worker, capable of taking ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.
- Highly self-motivated, consistently striving to exceed expectations.
