Job Title: European Client Relations Specialist for France

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented European Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our Client Relations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our institutional clients, ensuring their needs are met, and building strong relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational support to institutional clients, including onboarding, user profile setup, access adjustments, and daily security tests.
  • Assist with billing and regulatory configuration for various client types and regions.
  • Monitor and respond to client inquiries via chat, email, or phone.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for daily usage inquiries.
  • Coordinate with clients' Back and Middle offices to configure post-trade solutions tailored to their transaction reporting and monitoring requirements.
  • Participate in client calls to discuss workflows and expectations on our pre-trade, trading, and post-trade offerings.
  • Work closely with Market Data and Product teams to configure premium functionality.
  • Regularly connect with the Market Support team to ensure efficient communication between clients and dealers.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with marketing and new releases communications by running reports on accesses and usage to identify targeted clients and compiling lists for sales and product teams.
  • Participate in building guides on new functionalities and updating current protocols to stay up-to-date with company growth and market changes.
  • Draft summaries and sales notes after client calls or visits.
  • Actively collate clients' feedback with internal teams.
  • Provide regular monitoring and updates to wider teams on reoccurring events and processes.
  • Communicate and coordinate with other teams to help fix issues quickly, answer customer queries, and ensure timely setup or updates.
  • Participate in training new joiners and existing team members.
  • Compile trading data and client information for Sales and Management.

Client Relations:

  • Educate and train clients on technical trading products and new functional upgrades across supported products.
  • Provide initial demos of the platform for new Traders or Admin users.
  • Help educate clients on maximizing platform usage.
  • Support trading activity and ensure clients have necessary information to execute trades.
  • Begin building relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Provide reliable support to the Sales team and participate in relationship management and selling new products/functionalities to clients.
  • Cultivate relationships with clients to become their first point of contact.
  • Work closely with the Sales team and provide support for client interactions.
  • Deliver Tradeweb's white-glove service.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in French and English to native standard, both written and oral.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail – accurate and conscientious.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PPT), with additional technical skills or experiences related to data management beneficial.
  • Strong interest in financial markets and willingness to build knowledge across markets offered on Tradeweb.
  • Experience or exposure to a client-focused position preferred.
  • Good time management skills – able to work efficiently within short timeframes.
  • Technical savvy – able to use trading technology comfortably.
  • Team player – excellent interpersonal skills – ability to collaborate with more junior and senior people comfortably.
  • Strong independent worker – ability to take ownership & responsibility of tasks and projects with minimal involvement of other members of the team.
  • High self-motivation – always go the extra mile.
