Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at 360Learning. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for partnering with our clients to achieve their digital training strategy through our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients to understand their business objectives and develop a customized digital training strategy
- Audit and analyze platform usage to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Develop and implement action plans to capitalize on identified opportunities
- Work with clients to create a Learning & Development roadmap and strategy
- Identify and document customer use cases and best practices
- Develop a relationship of trust between the client and 360Learning
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in a Customer Success role
- Previous experience working in the SaaS industry
- Previous experience working in Learning & Development preferred
- Knowledge of customer success KPIs
- Strong interest in education and e-learning
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to dig into client needs and pain points
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
