Aufgaben und Anforderungen
Als Regional Manager (m/w/d) bei Caudalie sind Sie verantwortlich für die Betreuung unserer bestehenden Kunden und die Gewinnung neuer Kunden in der Region Norddeutschland.
Aufgaben:
- Betreuung der bestehenden Kunden und die Gewinnung neuer Kunden
- Durchführung von Beratungstagen zur Verkaufsförderung
- Aufbau und Intensivierung von Kundenbeziehungen
- Training und Motivation des Verkaufspersonals
- Betreuung wechselnder Gebiete in der Region
- Feedback und Reporting
- Gewinnung von Neukunden
Anforderungen:
- Berufserfahrung im Verkauf von Kosmetikprodukten
- Hohe Begeisterung für den Verkauf und Freude in der Beratung
- Arbeiten mit digitalen Systemen und Tools
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Zuverlässigkeit
- Argumentationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und kundenorientierte Beratung
- Positive Ausstrahlung und selbstbewusstes Auftreten
- Zielstrebigkeit, Erfolgsorientierung und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Wohnort im Gebiet
- Im Besitz eines gültigen PKW-Führerscheins
- Reisebereitschaft
