Aufgaben und Anforderungen

Als Regional Manager (m/w/d) bei Caudalie sind Sie verantwortlich für die Betreuung unserer bestehenden Kunden und die Gewinnung neuer Kunden in der Region Norddeutschland.

Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung der bestehenden Kunden und die Gewinnung neuer Kunden
  • Durchführung von Beratungstagen zur Verkaufsförderung
  • Aufbau und Intensivierung von Kundenbeziehungen
  • Training und Motivation des Verkaufspersonals
  • Betreuung wechselnder Gebiete in der Region
  • Feedback und Reporting
  • Gewinnung von Neukunden

Anforderungen:

  • Berufserfahrung im Verkauf von Kosmetikprodukten
  • Hohe Begeisterung für den Verkauf und Freude in der Beratung
  • Arbeiten mit digitalen Systemen und Tools
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Argumentationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und kundenorientierte Beratung
  • Positive Ausstrahlung und selbstbewusstes Auftreten
  • Zielstrebigkeit, Erfolgsorientierung und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Wohnort im Gebiet
  • Im Besitz eines gültigen PKW-Führerscheins
  • Reisebereitschaft
