Key Responsibilities- Conduct internal training sessions on sustainable finance regulations and best practices.
- Provide legal consultations and support for the implementation of regulatory developments impacting our operations.
- Negotiate and draft contracts related to the management company's activity and the OPC, including depositary agreements, intra-group agreements, and information exchange agreements.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A master's degree in business or financial law.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Lawyer in Financial Law, with a focus on legal and regulatory aspects of OPCVM.
- Fluent professional English, both oral and written.
- Knowledge of regulations on sustainable finance.
