Job DescriptionWe are the Digital & Business Factory of the Accor Group, the innovation and transformation laboratory of the global leader in the hospitality industry. With our 700 Heartists, we bring together the best of hospitality and the best of tech & digital.
Our ambition is to offer personalized, memorable, and sustainable experiences. We give birth to new ways of traveling in each of our 5,500 hotels, closest to our 100 million customers in 110 countries. Here, we are at the heart of a fantastic playground for designing and creating digital products and services, generating maximum value for our company.
Your Mission:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform problems into visually compelling and user-centric designs tailored for our business clients.
- Leverage your expertise to spearhead discovery processes and co-create solutions with our stakeholders, ensuring a focus on intuitive user experiences and client-centricity.
- Take charge of the entire design journey, from addressing business challenges to delivering high-fidelity mockups.
Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of seasoned expertise in product design, demonstrating a rich background in steering discovery processes and driving innovative solutions.
- Exhibit proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and atomic research tools, coupled with a solid understanding of relevant technologies and platforms.
- Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams and stakeholders, fostering collaboration in complex environments.
