Your Role: As a Customer Success Manager for Fleet, you will play a crucial role in shaping our customer success strategy throughout the customer lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and success.
- Monitoring customer health metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and value creation.
- Collaborating with the Akeneo Value Engineer and Professional Services teams, as well as Solution Integrators, to facilitate seamless deployments of our solutions.
- Leading customer experience initiatives, change management processes, and digital transformation efforts in partnership with senior leadership.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related hybrid role within a SaaS environment.
- Proven experience managing large enterprise accounts effectively.
- Fluency in both French and English.
