We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join the Customer Success department at Gamma Education. In this internship, you will be instrumental in fostering enduring relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success throughout their educational journey. If you possess a proactive attitude and strong communication skills, this role is tailored for you.
Your Key Responsibilities- Facilitating the onboarding process for new clients and providing continuous support
- Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and engagement
- Addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Recognizing client needs and promoting additional training opportunities
- Working collaboratively with the team to improve the Customer Success framework
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree with a strong interest in customer relations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid organizational and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving situations
- Prior experience in B2C customer relations is advantageous
- Significant responsibility and autonomy in project management
