Position Overview
As a Mid-Market Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment of Traackr for our global clients, particularly focusing on those based in the US and Europe.
Your role will involve collaborating with mid-market clients to enhance the implementation and utilization of Traackr, enabling their teams to achieve their influencer program objectives. Our goal is to provide an exceptional experience for every client at every interaction, transforming them into enthusiastic advocates of our technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop customized onboarding and training strategies for new clients, utilizing coaching and case studies to ensure they effectively learn and succeed with the Traackr platform.
- Identify key performance indicators for clients' influencer initiatives to establish both quantitative and qualitative measures of success.
- Utilize insights on current program challenges to elevate the Traackr product while aligning with strategic program objectives.
- Monitor client adoption and usage metrics, addressing any issues proactively.
- Collaborate with Client Partners and fellow Customer Success Specialists to implement strategic account management practices, identifying and addressing potential risks and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success management.
- Familiarity with SaaS technologies, preferably within marketing or communication ecosystems.
- Experience in the beauty or influencer marketing sectors.
- Strong public speaking and presentation abilities, with experience in leading dynamic workshops for diverse audiences.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with clients at all organizational levels.
- A collaborative mindset, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork while contributing individually.
- Experience in a consultative role with clients, comfortable conducting workshops and high-level discussions regarding objectives and outcomes.
- A bachelor's degree is required.
