Job Title:We're seeking a highly skilled Head of Revenue/Business to join our executive team and drive sustainable growth and commercial strategy. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a holistic revenue strategy, leading a talented team, and making a significant impact on the quantum computing industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a revenue growth strategy, including sales, business development, and partnerships.
- Lead a high-performing sales and business development team to execute a growth strategy in the deep tech ecosystem.
- Establish and optimize pricing models, sales processes, and customer engagement strategies.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion in France and globally.
- Collaborate with the executive team to shape the overall business strategy and translate it into actionable plans.
- 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or revenue leadership roles, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in HPC, Computing, Semiconductor, or Telecommunication.
- Proven track record of scaling revenue in an innovative sector.
- Experience leading go-to-market strategies across diverse channels.
- Strong understanding of complex technologies and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Fluency in English and French is required.
