Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Do iT Lean. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a high-growth territory, selling our best-in-market services and the #1 rated enterprise low-code platform OutSystems. You will focus on extending our successful services to the French market, working closely with other Account Managers globally, Pre-sales Engineers, and partner with OutSystems sales representatives to drive new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to sales process documentation to successful closing
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and business outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
- Bachelor or Master's degree
- Experience in selling agile development services
- Sound knowledge and experience in the technology & services markets
- Knowledge of the OutSystems ecosystem or other low-code suppliers is a plus
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms to help manage sales cycles and tools such as LinkedIn to identify prospects
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Critical thinking and a problem-solving attitude
- Team player with customer-centric orientation
- Fluent in both French and English
