Accompagner la croissance de Uptoo
Uptoo, leader français de la Vente et des Commerciaux, recherche un spécialiste des opérations de vente pour soutenir la croissance et la productivité de nos 60 sales.
Responsabilités
- Vous serez notre référent principal pour tous les sujets en lien avec notre CRM (Hubspot).
- Soutenir les équipes internes (en direct et via la documentation) et être le relais des managers et sales au quotidien.
- Effectuer des contrôles quotidiens sur nos opérations pour vérifier les décisions prises et identifier les besoins en formation interne.
- Remonter les retours, aider à prioriser et soutenir les initiatives pour rendre nos processus plus agréables et efficaces.
- Implémenter l'amélioration continue de nos processus en partenariat avec ton homologue Ops.
- Former et accompagner les équipes à la bonne utilisation du CRM.
Compétences requises
- Vous devez être le relais principal des équipes pour le suivi et l'amélioration des dashboards existants.
- En te reposant sur les outils en place, tu réfléchis et participe à l'amélioration de nos analyses.
- Vous êtes un moteur de la démocratisation de la data comme support d'aide à la décision.
- Chaque mois, vous accompagnerez la direction commerciale à préparer la Business Review (thématiques, analyses ad-hoc, support).
