Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to join our team at ERTLER EXECUTIVE SEARCH GmbH. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor, and generating sales leads through proactive outreach and exceptional service.

About the Role:

As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in contributing to the success of our luxury furnishings brand. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through personalized communication and exceptional service.
  2. Trusted Advisor: Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
  3. Sales Lead Generation: Generate sales leads through inquiries, social media, publications, and networking events.
  4. Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the success of the brand.
  5. Order Management: Coordinate with Client Services Representatives and manage quotes, orders, and payments.
  6. Clear Communication: Provide clear, timely updates to clients and internal teams on order status.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ Years of Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, particularly in sectors like interior design, furniture, lighting, or luxury brands.
  • Luxury Market Experience: Experience in the luxury market, furniture, or textiles is a plus.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional initiative, strong self-motivation, and the ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and proactively find solutions while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Fluency in English and French: Fluency in both English and French is key to succeeding in this role.
