**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Manager to join our Paris-based team of 40 professionals. As a key member of our marketing department, you will work closely with our 5-person growth team to drive acquisition and conversion of new prospects through our online channels.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Leverage your expertise in digital marketing to launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Native Ads platforms.
  • Develop and implement a strategy to achieve breakeven within 6 months, monitoring performance through comprehensive reporting and dashboard tools.
  • Collaborate with our US-based team to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
  • Analyze and improve our conversion funnels, landing pages, welcome series emails, and other key touchpoints to optimize user experience.

**Requirements**

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role as Growth Manager or Acquisition Specialist.
  • Proven expertise in web marketing and associated tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for business development and innovation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of proficiency in English.
