**Mission**

Nous recherchons un Business Manager H/F pour rejoindre notre équipe à Nantes. Vous serez directement rattaché au Directeur d'agence et participerez au développement de notre agence nantaise, sur un périmètre d'activité multisectoriel et évolutif.

**Responsabilités**

Vous serez chargé de:

  • Récupérer un embarqué de consultants IT existants
  • Développer un portefeuille de clients grands comptes et référencés
  • Participer aux processus de recrutement avec notre équipe de recruteurs
  • Assurer le suivi commercial des consultants IT

**Compétences requises**

Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous devez avoir:

  • Une expérience réussie de 2 ans minimum, comme Business Manager IT
  • Une réelle volonté de vous inscrire dans une agence, qui place la performance au cœur de sa stratégie
  • Un dynamisme, une proactivité et un sens des affaires
  • Une capacité à valoriser le collectif et l'esprit d'équipe
