About the Role:
The Director, Revenue Management Strategy is a pivotal position within the commercial team at Orient-Express, driving the company's commercial strategy for Trains & Cruises. This role involves planning, managing, and optimizing all revenue streams to maximize cabin/room revenue contribution and drive topline growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize pricing and inventory control.
- Monitor long-term performance and complete revenue forecasts to accurately project demand.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of revenue management initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to inform revenue growth strategies.
- Lead and manage a team of revenue management professionals to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in revenue management, pricing, or distribution.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Leadership experience and ability to manage a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and RMS/inventory systems.
- Language: English (proficient), French is a plus.
