Main responsibilities:
- Payroll and HR Administration:
- Supervise payroll operations in France and foreign offices, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Manage HR administrative operations, considering local regulations and specificities
- Guarantee labor compliance through updating employment contract templates and employee handbooks
- Team Management:
- Lead and manage the HR administrative team, accompanying their autonomy and professional development
- Act as an advisor to employees and managers, sharing best practices and HR processes
- HR Development:
- Lead or contribute to HR development projects, such as HRIS implementation and Strategic Workforce Planning
Requirements:
- Business School or Master degree in Human Resources
- ~7 to 10 years' experience as HR Manager or similar role, at international level, with strong managerial experience
- Good knowledge of French Labour Law and payroll experience in France, with ADP Decidium expertise
- Fluent in English and French, with knowledge of another language an asset
