Global Learning and Talent Development Director

Pluxee, a global leader in employee benefits and engagement, is seeking a highly skilled Global Learning and Talent Development Director to join its team. As a trusted partner in a highly interconnected B2B2C ecosystem, Pluxee operates in 31 countries and helps companies attract, engage, and retain talent through a range of solutions across Meal & Food, Wellbeing, Lifestyle, Reward & Recognition, and Public Benefits.

With a strong background in learning and talent development, the successful candidate will work closely with senior management, global competency centers, regional and country teams to develop an inclusive and coherent Learning & development strategy and deployment road map. They will contribute to the design, implementation, and running of all L&D functionalities in Pluxee HRIS, deploying and supervising workshops, training, and other activities that help employees develop professionally and support the business and people strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or a related field, with 7+ years of experience in a related role for large/global companies. They will have strong experience with talent management systems and processes, workforce planning, and virtual training delivery methods. A proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs, experience developing eLearning content, and managing LMS platforms are also essential. Fluency in English is required, with French or Spanish language mastery being a plus.

The Global Learning and Talent Development Director will be responsible for:

Learning & Talent Development Strategy:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and talent development strategy that aligns with overall business objectives and talent growth goals.
  • Partner with the Pluxee HRIS (CHRIS) teams to design, deploy, and continuously enhance relevant L&D and talent management functionalities, ensuring they cater to the evolving needs of employees and stakeholders across the organization.

Learning & Development:
  • Conduct training needs analysis using CHRIS to identify skill gaps and create targeted development programs that support employee growth and organizational readiness.
  • Design, develop, and deliver diverse learning programs, including eLearning, virtual training, and in-person workshops, ensuring a high return on investment (ROI) and impactful learning experiences.
  • Create engaging and interactive learning content using various authoring tools and develop supporting materials such as participant guides and assessments.
  • Manage and optimize the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions while tracking program impact and performance metrics.
  • Continuously improve learning offerings by analyzing post-training evaluations and feedback to ensure alignment with business needs and learner engagement.

Talent Development:
  • Collaborate with business leaders to design and maintain a dynamic job catalog and skills framework that addresses evolving organizational and industry demands.
  • Conduct workforce planning analysis utilizing CHRIS data to ensure the organization is prepared to meet future business and talent needs, identifying gaps and developing strategies for closing them.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in related role for large/global companies
  • Strong experience with talent management systems and processes (Workday or other, competency framework based talent management)
  • Experience and knowledge in workforce planning
  • Experience with virtual training delivery methods
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs
  • Experience developing eLearning content and managing LMS platforms (Experience with Workday is a plus)
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong relationship skills
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent project management ability
  • Fluent English; French or Spanish language mastery is a plus
