**About the Role**
As a Hotel Manager at Sunweb Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotels, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and managing a team of dedicated staff members. Your role will involve maintaining high standards of service, optimizing hotel performance, and fostering a positive work environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Oversee and coordinate the operations of our hotels, including the outside terrace, snackbar, and restaurant
* Manage a team of staff members to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
* Maintain high standards of service and optimize hotel performance
* Foster a positive work environment and lead by example
**What We Offer**
* A contract of 39 hours a week
* Performance bonus
* Attractive discount (up to 10%) when booking with our Sunweb brand (during 6 months)
* Health Care Insurance
**Requirements**
* Strong communication skills
* Fluency in English and French, with Dutch as a plus
* Ability to lead and manage a team
