About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at PIMAN Group. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of our users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional technical support to our users via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Assist clients in configuring and utilizing our video conferencing, webinar, and collaboration tools.
  • Contribute to software development projects, acting as an interface between developers and users with a customer-centric approach.
  • Participate in initiatives to improve the user experience and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and update user documentation (guides, FAQs, tutorials).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, with a passion for digital tools and social media. Experience in customer or technical support, preferably in the tech industry, is an asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with video conferencing and collaboration tools is a plus.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and empathetic attitude towards users.
  • Proficiency in English and other languages is an asset.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary range: €35,000 - €45,000 per year, depending on profile.
  • Individual bonuses for upselling, as well as collective bonuses based on company performance and revenue growth.
  • 2 days of telecommuting per week.
