Position Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to assist subscribers within a designated region. Your key duties will encompass:

  • Addressing subscriber inquiries, predominantly through written communication
  • Contacting subscribers as needed for further clarification
  • Promoting and elucidating our services to subscribers
  • Scheduling and executing service appointments at subscribers' residences
  • Offering technical and administrative assistance to field personnel
  • Documenting issues and reporting them to the relevant departments
Work Environment

You will be part of a compact team of fewer than 10 members, concentrating on a specific geographical area. The workspace is designed for comfort and allows for a degree of remote work flexibility.

Desired Profile
  • Exceptional written communication abilities
  • Proficient in the French language
  • Prior experience in the telecommunications sector is advantageous
  • Knowledge of FREE services is a plus
