As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to assist subscribers within a designated geographic region. Your key duties will encompass:
- Addressing subscriber inquiries, predominantly through written communication
- Contacting subscribers as needed to gather further details
- Promoting and clarifying our services to subscribers
- Scheduling and conducting service appointments at subscribers' residences
- Offering technical and administrative assistance to field personnel
- Reporting issues to the relevant departments
You will be part of a compact team consisting of fewer than 10 members, concentrating on a specific geographic area. The workspace is designed for comfort and allows for partial remote work.
Desired Profile- Exceptional written communication abilities
- Proficient in the French language
- Prior experience in the telecommunications sector is advantageous
- Knowledge of FREE services is a plus
- Complete a brief pre-screening assessment (one assessment must be taken on a computer)
- Participate in a virtual interview with a member of the recruitment team based on your assessment results
- Engage in an interview with your prospective manager
