The Client Manager - New Acquisition will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion at NTT DATA. This position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in sales and client management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pursue and land identified and qualified sales leads to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and align the most suitable value propositions, partner configurations, cost structures, and revenue models for target markets to satisfy client needs.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand existing accounts and penetrate new markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and loyalty.
  • Provide clients with accurate service and product solution pricing and delivery information.
  • Recommend alternate solutions based on costing, availability, or specifications to meet client needs.
  • Implement consultative selling by working together with clients to understand critical business and personal drivers.
  • Make use of various opportunity tools to clearly define expected ROI of a solution and develop trusting relationships.
  • Co-create solutions with Line of Business (LoB) buyers to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Participate in the negotiation of deals by creating win-win situations through flexibility and making trade-offs.
  • Close deals by establishing a timeline and creating a convincing event.

Requirements

  • Seasoned experience in a similar role in a marketing or sales environment (telesales in technology and software preferred).
  • Experience working in the technology industry.
  • Seasoned work experience in B2B outside lead generation setting.
  • Seasoned solution sales develop and/or lead generation experience.
  • Seasoned inside sales experience.
  • Experience working with sales tools and other sales automation or prospecting tools (e.g., Salesforce.com).
  • Seasoned success in a role with weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
