About the JobWe are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our EMEA Omnichannel team as an Omnichannel Apprentice. As a key member of our corporate team, you will work closely with brands and markets across the EMEA region to enhance the Omnichannel customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze the performance of our loyalty programs and make-up/skincare lessons, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to enhance performance.
- Identify best practices within our brands and markets, as well as outside of the company, to inform our Omnichannel strategy.
- Develop an understanding of key consumer battlegrounds, including Millennials and Gen Z consumers, and unlock key consumer insights in the cosmetic area.
- Create guidelines and playbooks to cascade recommendations and tips to our brands and markets.
- Organize store visits and support the transition to a new reporting tool, as well as the day-to-day enhancement of our reports.
We are looking for a creative, consumer-oriented individual with great analytical and communication skills. Previous experience in strategy and/or retail/online projects management is a plus. Fluency in English and French is required, with any additional language a plus.
