CooperSurgical, a leading fertility and women's healthcare company, is seeking a skilled Customer Experience Agent to join their team. As a key member of the local Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for managing and handling sales orders, complaints, and customer inquiries from local customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and handling sales orders according to current processes, ensuring adequate follow-up throughout the supply chain.
  • Preparing tenders for the public sector.
  • Managing and handling complaints and return orders, according to current processes, ensuring follow-through and closure on open customer topics.
  • Handling and managing various customer requests and inquiries from local customers.
  • Tracking sales orders, SROs, samples, freight tracking, and discount tracking, providing bi-weekly updates to the team and monthly reports.
  • Supporting finance with specific overdue invoices, credit/rebill actions to rebalance accounts.
  • Performing minor administrative tasks to support the local sales office, such as vendor creation.
  • Acting as an active part of the complete EMEA CE group, providing backup for all CSR's in peaks and unknown situations.

Requirements include:

  • 5 years' experience with international Customer Service, including international Order Management, Complaints/Credits.
  • Proven experience in ERP system and CRM systems, preferably MD365 and Navision.
  • Well-versed in MS-Office.
  • Relevant degree in Business Administration, Service, or Commerce.
  • Experience working in larger and complex international organizations.
  • Fluent in French and English languages, both written and spoken.
  • Strong ability in business and customer support.
  • Collaborative, service-minded, structured, and quality-conscious.
  • Ability to navigate and adapt to a busy and changing environment.
  • Proactive, open, and honest in all aspects of work.
