Menska is proud to represent our client, a leading global private jet company with a rich history of innovation and excellence. As Vice President of Sales, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.
The Role:As a key member of our client's sales team, your primary responsibility will be to generate new business sales in respect of Fractional Shares, Leases, and Jet Card Programs to our client's key target audience, including High Net Worth Individuals, Corporations, and Aircraft Owners. You will also be responsible for securing the sale of renewals, trades, and add-ons to existing Owners through the fostering and development of relationships with these individuals and businesses.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and create new sales opportunities through customer prospecting, lead follow-up, interest development, closure, and post-close handoff to an Account Executive and Owner Services.
- Help develop our client's brand through representation of products, programs, capabilities, and partnerships.
- Establish, build, and expand relationships with existing and potential customers through regional activity with affinity partnerships and personal network.
- Retain and service long-term relationships with Owners in coordination with the Account Executives and Owner Services for that Owner.
- Prompt and accurate completion of Sales reports requested by management, including sales forecasts and territory business plans.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 10-15 years of work-related experience. You should have a proven track record of success in a Luxury customer-facing role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales. You should also have an in-depth knowledge of the assigned territory and the full line of our client's products and services, as well as those of its competitors. Fluency in local language relevant to territory and business English (written and spoken) is required, as well as high proficiency in MS Office.
