Job Title: Regional Vice President of Sales for Southern Europe

Guidewire Software is seeking an experienced Regional Vice President of Sales for Southern Europe to lead our sales efforts in the region. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic relationships with clients, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex sales data and develop actionable insights to inform sales strategies.
