We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk Management Director to join our team at Bouygues Construction Holding. As a key member of our Risk and Assurance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's risk management strategy is aligned with its business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures to mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to senior management on risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, and operations teams, to ensure effective risk management practices are in place.
- Manage a team of risk management professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including insurance providers, brokers, and other industry experts, to ensure the company has access to the best risk management solutions.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as risk management, finance, or law.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management, preferably in a similar role within a large corporation.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective risk management strategies that have resulted in significant cost savings or improved business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
