About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Dutch-speaking Sales Development Representative to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving TextMaster's revenue on the Benelux market by identifying and converting new leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and convert new leads to drive revenue growth on the Benelux market.
- Develop and implement sales approaches adapted to each type of prospect, using the best sales automation tools on the market.
- Develop and ensure the SDR team's skills for outbound prospecting, qualifying, and opportunity creation.
- Work closely with the Benelux Sales team to ensure proper alignment on our territory plan, target personas, opportunity quality, and SDR to Account Executive hand-off.
- Collaborate with international SDRs to achieve sales goals.
Requirements:
- Dutch native speaker.
- Confirmed experience in Sales (from 6 months to 1 year of professional experience).
- Hunter at heart, with experience in prospecting and a love for sales.
- Min. University Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in selling services & software within ecommerce or tech markets is a plus.
