Corpay is seeking a highly skilled Client Support Manager to join our PayByPhone Client Operations division. This role will be responsible for handling customer requests, identifying bottlenecks, and providing technical support to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle B2B customer requests via email and telephone.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks in customer support processes.
  • Provide Level 1 technical support for tariff updates, access, and reporting.
  • Pass on and monitor Level 2 requests requiring additional technical expertise.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction meets defined objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Projects team and Sales Manager to improve processes.
  • Assist project and implementation managers as needed.
  • Manage incident communication with customers.
  • Share information with relevant teams.
  • Identify potential sales or training opportunities for customers.
Requirements
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce is desirable.
  • Professional approach.
  • Positive, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and present material clearly and concisely.
  • Attention to detail.
