As a Client Relationship Manager in the Media and Entertainment Group, you will have the thrilling opportunity to influence growth and shape the trajectory of a pioneering technology.
Your primary responsibilities will encompass driving revenue, increasing adoption, and enhancing market presence.
The ideal candidate will have a blend of business acumen and technical expertise that enables engagement at both the business and technical/CXO levels, as well as with software developers and IT architects.
We seek a self-motivated individual who is ready to create and implement a territory coverage strategy while consistently achieving revenue targets and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive territory plan.
- Oversee multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Manage customer acquisition campaigns.
- Identify and address customer challenges and aspirations.
- Develop and communicate compelling value propositions centered around AWS services.
- Foster customer adoption and transform clients into exemplary AWS advocates.
- Drive revenue growth and market share within a designated territory.
- Achieve or surpass quarterly revenue targets and objectives.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with partners to broaden reach and enhance adoption.
- Lead a virtual extended team.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by connecting with the right resources (people, tools, services, and processes) to facilitate sustainable growth.
About the Team:
The Media and Entertainment Group is a well-established category with a team of experienced professionals, including Account Managers, Solution Architects, and Media Technology specialists.
Basic Qualifications:
- A background in business, engineering, computer science, or MIS/MBA is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
- 5+ years of experience in technology-related business development, hunting, or engineering.
- Experience in Media, Gaming, or Social sectors is a plus.
- Proven track record in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing transformative deals.
- Experience in positioning and selling to new clients and market segments.
- Proficient in nurturing customer relationships while expanding knowledge of their business needs.
- Demonstrated ability to generate growth in new opportunities with a high closing rate.
- Ability to translate customer business and technology priorities into effective technology solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
- MBA or equivalent degree preferred
