Business Development Director - France

Hydro International, a leading global provider of advanced products and services, seeks a highly skilled Business Development Director to lead our efforts in France. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and identifying new opportunities to expand our presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share in France
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including channel partners, customers, and industry leaders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Minimum 8 years of post-graduation work experience in business development, with a proven track record of success
  • Fluent French and English language skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools and CRM systems
