Job Title: Global Learning Manager

Quantis is seeking a highly skilled Global Learning Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Global Talent team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our learning and development strategy, ensuring that our employees have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees and support our business goals
  • Collaborate with our HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to ensure that our learning and development initiatives are aligned with our overall talent strategy
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our learning and development programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in a learning and development role, preferably in a professional services environment
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and colleagues from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and self-management
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment
