Global Learning Manager

Quantis is seeking a highly skilled Global Learning Manager to lead the development of our global learning strategy. As a key member of our Global Talent team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective learning programs that support the growth and development of our employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive global learning strategy that aligns with our business objectives
- Design and deliver high-quality learning programs that meet the needs of our employees
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop solutions
- Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development
- 6+ years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a professional services environment
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs
- Excellent communication and engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in another language a plus
- A dynamic and supportive work environment
