We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Growth Manager to join our team at PROS. This is a unique opportunity to work with a growing portfolio of enterprise accounts and drive business growth through strategic relationship management.

About the Role:

  • Manage a portfolio of key enterprise accounts, maintaining overall responsibility for managing customer relationships and driving adoption of PROS solutions.
  • Develop success plans for customers, outlining critical success factors, metrics for success, and potential issues.
  • Conduct regular meetings with client stakeholders, making recommendations to ensure continued success with PROS product solutions.
  • Leverage internal processes and protocols to resolve critical customer escalation issues and serve as a chief advocate for the customer internally at PROS.
  • Monitor and facilitate customer adoption of PROS solution features and functionality, providing a deep understanding of their business needs.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand and deepen the footprint of PROS offerings at customer accounts.
  • Educate clients on self-service tools, release processes, and other programs to ensure a successful partnership.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of each PROS product and service offering.
  • Manage commercial aspects of the customer relationship, including invoicing and accounts receivable.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing key account relationships in Customer Success, Professional Services, or Sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, or revenue management (or similar field) is required; a master's in business administration is preferred.
  • Strong executive presence, comfortable communicating with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Self-starter, problem-solver, and resourceful individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage down, around, and up without playing politics.
  • Well-organized, confident, and able to work independently.
  • Process-oriented and willing to enhance organizational processes for efficient customer relations.
  • Fluent in English.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
