We're seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships with our clients, understanding their challenges, and delivering tailored solutions that drive results.

Your Mission
  • Partner with sales teams to drive growth among our largest and most strategic customers.
  • Collaborate with prospects to understand their organizational challenges, offering guidance to identify the most impactful use cases with Whoz.
  • Deliver functional and technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, from discovery to demonstration, emphasizing the unique value of Whoz solutions.
  • Lead engaging workshops and demonstrations to educate both business and technical audiences.
  • Participate in strategic account planning by imagining tailor-made value propositions in close collaboration with the sales representative in charge of the account.
  • Manage functional responses for tenders and qualified projects.
  • Play a key role in the success of a growing pre-sales team and help shape our processes.
Your Profile

We're looking for a seasoned professional with:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant pre-sales experience in software, managing large, strategic accounts, ideally within a SaaS company (alternatively: an integrator, or a consulting firm).
  • Strategic Account Management experience: building successful account plans to retain and grow clients while responding proactively to challenges.
  • Executive Relationships: excellent communication skills, especially with C-level contacts.
  • A team player with a strong ability to collaborate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
About the Role

This is a full-time position based in our regional office. You'll have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary ($120,000 - $180,000 per year), health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
