We are recruiting a highly skilled SaaS Solution Architect to lead our sales efforts. As a trusted advisor to our clients, you will be at the core of our sales team, driving growth among our largest and most strategic customers.

About the Role

Your mission is to understand our clients' challenges and provide tailored solutions using Whoz. You will collaborate with prospects to identify the most impactful use cases and deliver functional and technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with sales teams to drive growth among our largest and most strategic customers.
  • Collaborate with prospects to understand their organizational challenges and offer guidance on identifying the most impactful use cases with Whoz.
  • Demonstrate your expertise in delivering functional and technical capabilities throughout the sales cycle, from discovery to demonstration.
  • Lead engaging workshops and demonstrations to educate both business and technical audiences.
  • Participate in strategic account planning by imagining tailor-made value propositions in close collaboration with the sales representative.
  • Manage functional responses for tenders and qualified projects.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant pre-sales experience in software, managing large, strategic accounts, ideally within a SaaS company (alternatively: an integrator or consulting firm).
  • Strategic account management experience, including building successful account plans to retain and grow clients while responding proactively to challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially with C-level contacts, and the ability to build relationships with customer executives.
  • A comfortable collaborating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a strong team spirit.
