About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at AG2R LA MONDIALE, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in understanding and navigating the complexities of retirement benefits, including the ARRCO, AGIRC, and IRCANTEC regimes.
Key Responsibilities
- Accommodate clients by phone, providing information and guidance on retirement benefits and related social actions.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify clients' requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of retirement benefits and related regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex information and provide clear guidance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Working Conditions
This role requires a high level of adaptability and flexibility, with a willingness to work in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be required to work a fixed schedule, with occasional evening shifts.
