En tant que Category Manager, tu es chargé de développer une compréhension approfondie de la manière dont ta catégorie sert nos clients. Tu as un bon flair pour les opportunités commerciales et de superbes compétences en matière de négociation. Grâce à cela, tu établis des relations durables avec les fournisseurs.

Missions clés
  • Acquisition de connaissances : Acquérir une compréhension approfondie de ta catégorie en combinant des insights issus des données Picnic, des entretiens avec les clients et des contributions des fournisseurs.
  • Négociation et approvisionnement : Mettre en place un approvisionnement direct pour nos PGC et mener des négociations avec de nombreux fournisseurs jusqu'à la signature du contrat.
  • Résolution de problèmes : Tirer le meilleur de ta catégorie en résolvant les problèmes du quotidien et en t'alignant continuellement avec les fournisseurs.
  • Stratégie de négociation : Définir des stratégies de négociation claires pour garantir des conditions compétitives avec nos fournisseurs.
  • Innovation et amélioration : Mener des initiatives pour innover et améliorer nos services.
Compétences requises
  • Expérience : 3 à 6 ans d'expérience en tant qu'Acheteur(euse) et/ou Category Manager dans un secteur similaire.
  • Compétences linguistiques : Tu parles couramment le Français et l'Anglais.
  • Compétences analytiques : Tu es titulaire d'un Master avec une exposition à la résolution de problèmes analytiques.
  • Compétences commerciales : Dynamisme commercial, avec un nez pour les opportunités et les meilleures offres.
  • Compétences relationnelles : Excellentes compétences en matière de communication et de gestion des partenaires.
