Dans le cadre de son développement, B-HIVE recrute un(e) Business Manager Stagiaire F/H. Basé(e) à Boulogne-Billancourt (92), vous accompagnez notre croissance en créant, développant et gérant votre centre de profit dans les secteurs qui vous correspondent. Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :
- Identifier vos futurs prospects et détecter les opportunités de développement commercial
- Construire des réponses aux appels d'offre de vos partenaires et fidéliser vos clients
- Recruter et constituer votre équipe de Consultant(e)s
- Manager, animer et fédérer votre équipe en accompagnant l'évolution de chacun
En tant qu'intrapreneur, vous disposerez d'une grande autonomie pour développer vos activités, dans un souci constant de satisfaction clients, d'épanouissement de vos équipes et de rentabilité.
Profil recherché :De formation Ingénieur ou Ecole de Commerce, vous êtes à la recherche de votre stage de fin d'études. Vous avez une forte appétence pour la prospection et le développement commercial et vous souhaitez évoluer dans une entreprise innovante et dynamique qui met l'humain et l'esprit d'équipe au cœur de sa stratégie. Autonome, flexible, persévérant(e) et proactif/ve, vous avez un excellent relationnel et un bon potentiel managérial.
